Ray has written a cookbook! The book will contain around thirty recipes collected by Ray during his travels. Also, ' Cookin' with Ray' will include many fun stories about the dishes . Many great pics and a bonus CD will also be included containing a selection of Ray's fun songs.

'Cookin' with Ray' will be available for Ray's Ronnie Scott's Christmas run, and will be on sale on this site. Be there and get cookin!!

There will be one special recipe a month added to this site. This months special is: Spaghetti Norma, a delicious pasta dish with aubergine.
