I have, and will continue to upload new, tasty recipes every month for you to try.

Ray Gelato was a smash hit at New York's world famous Blue Note club!

Backed by Philadelphia's famous City Rhythm orchestra, Ray took the Apple by a storm with his very own brand of Swingin' music!

Ray will be joining Philadelphia's famous ' City Rhythm Orchestra' for a series of US dates.

The short tour will include several books signings of Gelato's cookbook, ' Cooking with Ray', radio interviews and a date at the ' Blue Note' in New York.

We are currently working on a new release. The working title is ' By Special Request'. This recording will be a collection of Ray's most requested songs. Tracks will include songs such as ' A Pizza you', Mona Lisa', Volare', and many more great songs.

We will also be releasing this CD for Italy next autumn, with some bonus Italian tracks. Watch this space for more news of this exiting recording.

Forget Glastonbury! Ray and the Giants begin their run of summer festivals kicking off at Lichfield on July 9. Other swingin' UK dates include Henley: July 10, Wigan Jazz festival: July 17. Ealing Jazz : July 29 and Hull Festival: Aug 28. The fella's will be playing all your favourites , plus a selection of great songs from the new cd, 'Salute to the Great Entertainers'.

Ray's version of Tu Vo Fa L'Americano is to be used in the forthcoming Italian movie, ' Quattro Padri Single'.

Ray has been featured on the Robert Elms show on BBC London. Be sure to listen to Loose Ends, Radio Four, where the band will be featured on two ' live' songs from Ray's new album. Loose Ends goes out Dec 20.
You can catch the boys at Ronnie Scotts over the Holidays. They are swingin' up 'till New Year's Eve.

Ray has written a cookbook! The book will contain around thirty recipes collected by Ray during his travels. Also, ' Cookin' with Ray' will include many fun stories about the dishes . Many great pics and a bonus CD will also be included containing a selection of Ray's fun songs.

'Cookin' with Ray' will be available for Ray's Ronnie Scott's Christmas run, and will be on sale on this site. Be there and get cookin!!
